02What we process and why

The contact form. When you press send, your name, email, the chosen service and your message go to this site’s server (Cloudflare) and are forwarded to our inbox. We use them only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps before a contract — or, if your message is not about a service, our legitimate interest in replying, Art. 6(1)(f)). The server copy is deleted after at most 90 days.

Email, WhatsApp and phone. What you send us is used only to reply and, if we work together, to perform the contract.

Visiting this site. The hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

03What this site does not do

  • No cookies — which is why you see no cookie banner.
  • No analytics, visit counters, tracking pixels or advertising tags.
  • No third-party scripts, fonts, maps or video embeds — everything loads from this site.
  • No profiling and no automated decisions about you.
  • The demos (pontaj, automation studio, website builder), the Ask box and the homepage intro run entirely in your browser, on fictional sample data or on what you type; nothing is sent anywhere.

04Our apps

Each app published by LUMAISTRA S.R.L. states in its store listing and in the app which data it processes. When an app works only on your device, the data you enter stays on your device and is not sent to us. If an app needs to send data to a server, this is stated before it happens, together with the purpose.

05Recipients

Only the services that carry your message to us: Cloudflare (hosting, contact form, forwarding of email sent to our address), Google (our mailbox) and, only if you choose it, WhatsApp. We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

06How long we keep it

Enquiries: until answered and followed up, and deleted at the latest 12 months after our last exchange. Accounting documents, if we sign a contract: as long as accounting law requires. Hosting logs: per the provider’s own policy.

07Your rights and complaints

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Art. 15–22 GDPR), free of charge. Write to [email protected] — we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

08Changes
